Production

It usually takes 3-5 days to produce a standard order. Please allow 7 days for your product to be hand crafted as each order is custom made!

 Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Each order comes with a tracking number.

Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.

Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days depending on the destination within the country.

International orders take 10-30 business days but may be delayed at the border due to customs clearance. For all international orders the recipient will be responsible for any customs charges due. If you have any concerns about customs duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note shipping time is independent from production time, a standard order takes 5-7 days to be produced.

Rates

Flat rate $5 shipping in the US and Canada under 2 lbs (1 kg), $8 over 2 lbs.

Flat rate $15 shipping in the rest of the world under 2 lbs (1 kg), $22 over 2 lbs.

Exceptions

Shipping to the following countries requires courrier delivery and rates will be higher. Please contact us for a quote before ordering:

Returns

Since each order is custom made, refunds cannot be given unless faulty.
