We want you to be happy with your order! Here are some things you should know:
- All items are custom made upon receiving the order. We work with carefully selected vendors in the USA and Canada for printing textiles and paper and most items are shipped directly from the vendor (except original paintings).
- We do not accept order cancelations. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions. We also have an elaborate FAQ page for your convenience.
Returns are accepted under these conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason for the return.
- Upon accepting return conditions, ship the item back within 10 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in new condition and original packaging.
- If the item we sent you is defective, please send us a photo of the defect. We will be happy to offer an exchange OR a full refund.
- Shipping costs are to be paid by customer and are non-refundable. For any international returns, please mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. This will prevent any customs charges being added. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that original artwork (paintings) AND all items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are non-returnable.
- We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.
- In case of a return, please contact us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- The initial shipping cost is non refundable and will be automatically deducted from the refund.
- For any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, we reserve the right to refuse service.
